Returns and refunds
RIGHT OF RECESS
Pursuant to art. 5 Legislative Decree no. 206/05, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by stating in the order form a reference of VAT Number), he is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without any penalty and without prejudice to the following point 2.
RETURN POLICIES
The right applies to the product purchased in its entirety, it is not possible to withdraw only on part of the purchased product.
The goods purchased must be intact and returned in the original package, complete in all its parts – including packaging and possible documentation and accessory equipment, to limit damage to the original package, it is obligatory to insert it in a second box.
In all cases the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product should be strictly avoided.
The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer. The consignment is, therefore, charged to the buyer.
In case of damage to the goods during the transport, shop.inerdini.it will inform the customer of the incident, to allow him to make a timely complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain the refund of the value of the goods, only and exclusively by the courier. The store will not be able to make refunds in case of arrival of products from returned, damaged (arrived differently than shipment by the customer).
In this case, the product will be made available to the customer for his return, simultaneously cancelling the request for withdrawal.
shop.inerdini.it does not respond in any way to damage or theft/disposal of goods returned with uninsured shipments.
The refund is normally made within 4 weeks of the return, starting from the time of delivery of the package to the courier in charge.
The time thus calculated takes into account the time required for us to receive the return from the Corriere in charge of processing the return received and to obtain the clearance from the customer's bank, depending on the bank.
The refund procedure may be carried out by sending a request for withdrawal via email to [email protected] indicating the reason, the bank details for the refund and the copy of the order.
Once accepted the return will be sent notice to the customer who will return the goods at your own expense at the address indicated via Mail by shop.inerdini.itshop
PRE-ORD ANNULLATION
Once the payment is made for a Pre-order it is no longer possible to modify/undo orders.
However, a return may be made upon receipt of the product.
