HOW DO PRODUCTS LABELS WORK?

Each product shall have a coloured label which may be: GREEN, ARANCION, YELLOW, BLUE, RED.

Label GREEN means that the product is available in stock or available from the supplier. If it were in stock, the shipment would take place within 24/48h. If it were available from the supplier, within a few days it would arrive at our warehouse and then immediately shipped to the customer.

Label ARANCION means the product is in PRE-ORD. The release date is often written on the label. In cases where only "IN PRE ORDER" is indicated, without date or period, it means that the supplier/producer has not yet defined an indicative/precise date for exit.

Label Yellow means that the product is present by the supplier but to be ordered. In such cases it means that the supplier must order it from the manufacturer. The timing for arrival at our warehouse could also be 10 working days, as maybe just a few days.

Label BLU means the product is coming to our warehouse. This label is present mainly in products ordered in pre-order and that, indeed, are coming to the office.

Label RED means the product is out of stock. When a product is out of stock it is not possible to buy it, even in back-order. We strongly recommend that you create an account and insert the sold out products you want into a wishlist (can be created and used ONLY after creating an account).

 

How do I create a Wishlist?

To create a WISHLIST you need to create an account and log in.

Once you have accessed your account, just search for the product you want and click on "CUORICINO". You can create public or private wishlists, whatever you want.

When do my products come in advance?

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

In our shop you can buy by credit card, debit, paypal, paypal 3 months, bank transfer, Klarna and by means of deposit (30% of the total requested at the time of order, the remaining within 30 days of the day on which the order was placed). How does this work?

All customers with an account have the possibility to proceed with the purchase paying ONLY 30% of the total order. The remaining within 30 days of the day on which the order was placed.

The use of the deposit is only available for products in PRE-ORDINE. If used for available products, you will be contacted to inform you of the availability of these and then, for the final balance.

You can make the balance at any time. Just go to the area of your account and see all your orders partially sold.

DO JAP PRODUCTS HAVE COSTS OF CUSTOMS OR EXTRA TO THOSE VISIBLE?

Japanese products do NOT present additional costs from those shown on our website.

They will NEVER have additional costs, nor customs, nor any other costs!
