WHAT ARE PRE-ORDERS?
Pre-orders are products (cards, games, etc.) available on the date you find indicated in the detail of the product.
HOW DO I HAVE TO BUY A PRODUCT IN PREVENTION AND A PRODUCT THAT IS AVAILABLE?
We always recommend to make two separate orders on shop.inerdini. In case of mixed orders, containing both pre-order products and products immediately available, we will ship the neck at the time when all products can be shipped, i.e. the actual output of the pre-order product. It will be the responsibility of the customer to request the possible separation of the shipment and the separate dispatch of the products already available, with the possible integration of a further shipping cost.
WHY TO BUY PRODUCTS IN PREVENTION?
Some products present in our store are inserted before the actual date of exit. These products are not yet physically in our possession, for which Shop.inerdini activates the pre-order option: a copy will be reserved for the customer, that will receive it immediately after the exit.
If you buy in presale on Shop.inerdini, you will have the advantage of ensuring exclusive products that will be released soon. Many items reach the Sold Out quickly, pre-order them on Shop.inerdini and secure them in your collection!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE PRODUCTS IN PREVENTION?
Each pre-order product has an output date visible under its own image. Sometimes it may vary over time due to early or delayed arrival.

IS THE DATE REPORTED ON THE SITE ALWAYS GARANT?
The pre-order product page always bears the indication of the date of exit on the market foreseen for the Italian territory. It is possible that, for reasons not related to our will, the manufacturer or supplier may decide to postpone or anticipate the actual date of exit, making obsolete the one we indicated.
Shop.inerdini takes care in any case of notify promptly customers of the delay/advance, as soon as this information is officially made certain by the suppliers with appropriate communication.
PRE-ORD ANNULLATION
Once the payment is made for a Pre-order it is no longer possible to modify/undo orders.
However, a return may be made upon receipt of the product.
MANAGEMENT OF JAPANESE PRODUCTS
All JAP products (Japanese) are handled differently from the English and Italian ones, cause different warehouse. This means that for these products we cannot guarantee the shipment in 24/48h. It could be a few more days but all with the maximum possible safety and protection, as our usual quality and responsibility.Â
Japanese products are in continuous supply, for this reason there will often be the item "available". In case of exhaustion in the warehouse, it will be necessary to wait for the material time for shipment from Japan to our warehouse (usually about 10 days).
